You were having a bad day.

You were being a jerk.

Not so bad the cop should have tazed you, but close.

Most states require the officer to get the ID from all occupants of the vehicle in case later it turned out you were a lying SOB and were driving after all. They include that on the state accident reports.

Next time, be polite and helpful and not a jerk. Apologize to your wife.

Wow. You seem to be the one having a bad day. He seemed reasonable and polite.

You seem to resemble a jerk by your attitude.

Glad to see you didn’t think the cop should have tazzed him.

I sure wish the Jews would have been more helpful and polite back in 41

Sure officers come right in. What's that? You don't have a warrant? Not really looking for anything? Just want to make sure the house is clean?

No problem at all! Just trying to be polite and helpful.

Go away you boot licking wanker. Stop and identify laws, if one exists in his state, are usually worded to give police the authoritah to detain citizens encountered “under circumstances which reasonably indicate that the person has committed, is committing or is about to commit a crime”

Now obviously the mere fact of being a passenger in an automobile involved in a minor fender bender does not rise to any discernible level of reasonable suspicion that the person is committing or about to commit a crime.

I can only hope that one day someone lodges a taser up your backside, sideways. I seriously hope that you reconsider your police-state rantings that are ironically posted on a site named FREE REPUBLIC.

Resist your salivating glands. Take pride in your freedom loving heritage. Thank God that our founding fathers had orders of magnitude more spine than you.

Don't taz me, dude!

seems to me, the reason we allowed Leos to have tazers to begin with was crackheads and perps running around with knives that needed to be controlled safely from a distance for officer safety. So now, it's somehow progressed to tazing for being a 'jerk'??? Seems our Leos need to review the reasons tazers were authorized and keep them holstered except for extraordinary circumstances, instead of using them as a substitute for communication and patience. What the citizens voted for, they can vote against just as easily. imo jmo moo
