I'm guessing you're talking about the coach of the losing team?

I think it would have been incumbent on the losing team’s coach to quit the game and forfeit when it became obvious it would be a blow-out.

And if the disabilities of the losing team are such that they are unable to compete, they ought to withdraw from the league.

Sadly, the “new” conservatism does not permit such things as sportsmanship. That is a “liberal” value.

You know, your absolutely right on this, and the coach should be ashamed. I know it sounds quite liberal to some, but there was a time in this country when most schools and people in general, had a sense of sportsmanship.

It's alright to go out to win, but to humiliate your opponent is not necessary unless we're talking war: and war is no sport!
