Not at all actually. OKSooner, feel free to correct me, but if it ever gets to that point it's time to SHUT UP and DO ... not post about it on a public internet forum that the federal government is certain to be monitoring.

Yup we all knew it was coming.. people were buying guns up here in Nevada like there was NO TOMORROW.
Its time to make this a HUGE Issue, not like last time where ARs and AKs were not as common. We have a WHOLE lot more gun owners now, and we need to make this a line in the sand.
Like we did with the immigration protests.. we need to send a loud message, burn up the phone lines, send the letters and let them know that this time, this WILL not stand.
To be effective, thousands must rattle the chains. It is valiant for a dozen people in this forum to motivate each other, but it is preaching to the choir. People who are reading this must pass this info on and they must contact these congress critters and remind them that they have an obligation to the people. Not to Europe, not to the muzzies and not to the special interests, to the US people. Boston Harbor can fill with tea again.
I agree.. His agenda is one thing. Real actions is another. I’ll wait and see, but may invest in guns and ammo in the meantime. Like someone else mentioned, its probably the best investment option right now.

Last I remember, you have to issue your own Executive Orders nullifying those of your predecessor. You can’t just wave your hand and say “anything Bush did, stop it,” or ignore his EO’s.

Particularly, joining all the 2A organizations one can afford to. Call your congresscritters and your Senators and State representatives. Join local organizations.
These are all things that we can DO, NOW, that MIGHT have a positive impact.
Certain kinds of talk will accomplish nothing positive.
