Address Gun Violence in Cities: Obama and Biden would repeal the Tiahrt Amendment, which restricts the ability of local law enforcement to access important gun trace information, and give police officers across the nation the tools they need to solve gun crimes and fight the illegal arms trade. Obama and Biden also favor commonsense measures that respect the Second Amendment rights of gun owners, while keeping guns away from children and from criminals. They support closing the gun show loophole and making guns in this country childproof. They also support making the expired federal Assault Weapons Ban permanent.

He’s wasting no time. For the people that own assault weapons and voted for Obama, they get what they deserve. Of course, I doubt he’ll be able to fully ban assault weapons because the criminals will still have them.

Oh I have rights according to them; for example, I have the right to kill an unborn child and the right to get married to someone of the same sex”. I’m gonna go buy a new AR-15 today I think, probably the only decent investment left in America at this point.

Oh no, I’ve been planning for this for this for quite some time now actually. I wanted to be bipartisan in the interest of America but if they pursue this, that spirit will be dead and I’ll be happy to return the favor of 8 years worth of vile Democratic rhetoric and partisanship. We’ll see how well the Dems like Obama being referred to as the Chimpansey in chief.
Tell me about the wait period. I have been waiting 3 weeks for a Taurus revolver...still no sign of one coming available. So I bought a used 9 MM Springfield XD. Ammo is even harder to come by....Right now I have a 30-06, 12 Gauge SG and Hand gun. I am waiting for the knock on the door and someone saying “please hand over your fire arms....”
