1. Pay your taxes well in advance so if you are killed the poor government won’t lose anything.
2. Sit in your home waiting for any orders from your local community organizer / illiterate thug. Prepare a list of TVs, boomboxes, and rimz in your possession that they may need to confiscate.
3. Be ready to turn over any firearms, food stores, vehicles, or savings accounts you may have spent years working for. Not to worry, you will be compensated with various monthly government checks not to exceed the formula (2500 - hours you work per year), subject of course to the highest tax bracket you’ve ever had to pay.
