Dallas Defensive Coordinator just had his head lopped off a few minutes ago.
Call me crazy but how bout moving Wade “Cupcake” Phillips to DC and hiring one Mike Shanahan as Head Coach? It just might work. Phillips is a lousy HC but a top notch DC.

I had the same idea as you: send Wade to DC (b/c he did great with the Dallas D), bring in Shanahan as HC, and keep Garrett as OC (he's salvagable - give him another chance).

If only team owners could be traded. Washington could get rid of of Snyder and his curse.
You know the one where the more money Dan Snyder spends, the worse the team becomes.
