The Irrelevant Nine, after bowing and curtsying to The One, assure our president-elect that they will use the “public good,” not the Constitution, as their standard in judging these cases and will dimiss each and every one.

Once they’ve ingratiated themselves to Obama, they ply him with drink, leading up to THE BIG QUESTION..........

THE QUESTION: Oh, Obama, Great One, we are so tired of dealing with the law. It is so dry and such a grind. Can you use your Hollywood conacts to get us a gig on the People’s Court?

Now it all becomes clear: The Supremes will not hear these cases because they know that Democratic voters, being home during the day, comprise the largest viewing audience for daytime court shows.

Not to worry! Judge Judy—who possesses more spine and common sense than at least four, maybe five, of our current Supremes—will take their place, forming a Supreme Court of one. If there is anything to this controversy, I have every confidence that she can get to the bottom of it and resolve it in a matter of minutes.

Some Demopublican from NY has submitted legislation to abolish the 22nd amendment, this would give Zero unlimited re-election terms. I wouldn’t be too worried about the 2nd amendment right now.

Good to see that Justice Stevens and Ginsburg are in such good health. Hope they stay on the court for the next four years to continue their good work. We really need them there.

Please note that the “Irish” and “Italian” Justices were not present for the photo op. And the token black, even though he is authentically black and a natural born citizen, was pushed to the back of the bus.
