My FRiend, prayers are offered up to that Great Physician that never fails, the One (no definitely not that 'The One', lol), the Only, the unsurpassed Doctor Jesus!!!

Now while the Doctor of all doctors is working on you, here are some ideas from the MKJ supplement and vitamin bin, naturally check with your own regular doctor first?

Ginkgo Biloba - this stuff is good for circulation not only in the brain, but in your extremities.

Non-Flush Niacin - helps clear out arteries of cholesterol and also assists circulation.

Red Clover - go easy on this stuff but it is definitely something that will improve circulation, because circulation is what diabetes attacks all throughout your body. I say 'go easy' because it can produce estrogenic effects and nobody wants to see you getting all weepy when chick-flicks come on the tube, or suddenly have a desire to watch 'All My Children' or sit around eating bon-bons and looking for additions to your recipe book, ok? ;) lol

Now there is also something else I can recommend to you, which is a fruit juice called 'Goji', there are various brands out there, my Uncle had circulatory issues, was almost to the point where he couldn't walk (that was in 2006), and he started drinking Goji twice a day (about 6 to 8 oz per serving) and his circulation improved to the point where he's walking everywhere pain-free. The stuff isn't cheap but it definitely can't hurt you.

Great idea. I had forgotten about it. This is really wonderful, healing honey. I think there are trials currently underway in a NJ hospital for treating wounds with Manuka honey.
