My mom keeps getting a call from a player in Jamacia about sending her money. He calls about twice a month.

I told her next time, to tell the guy the bank is willing to lend her $10K to send to him, but she needs $1500 in cash from him to open the account.

I also suggested that since she is unsure of who he is, she should get some form of verification, like a video of him having "My friend is Sylvia" tattooed on his chest in 2 inch letter format.
