“That’s plenty of provocation.”

For arrest? For fining? That’s BS. That’s tyranny.

exactly the man lied on his police report and didn’t care that i could have went to jail for at least 6 months for such a serious charge

he made me sound like i was tony soprano on that police report as if i could send out a hit...

he knew if he just wrote what i really said that it was not enough to arrest me for

Sure it’s tyranny, and its wrong. But if you poke sharp sticks at a sleeping mad dog, don’t be too surprised if he bites you. Better to sneak past and hope he doesn’t notice.

If you provoke a cop, you might be 100% in the right But he can still wreck your day and inconvenience you more than you can inconvenience him. You can be 100% cuffed and 100% arrested and 100% charged and 100% cooling your heels in the lockup and for him that’s all in a day’s work. For you, that’s 100% inconvenient.

Now let’s say you want to get even. Unless you have lots of witnesses, it’s your word against his as a starting point. Over to you to make any advances on that.

It is 100% dumb to play against those odds, right or wrong.
