I think Knowshon Moreno could be #1. As a Gator fan, I’m glad to see him gone. UGA’s offensive line wasn’t very good this year, so he wasn’t as spectular this season as in his freshman year, but I think he’s another Adrian Petersen in the making.

Besides I’m a Detroit Lions fan, so I think Knowshon would look great in Honolulu Blue.

If Messrs,Tebow and Bradshaw truly want to set an example for youngsters they will both stay in college and earn their degrees.

Bring back the STUDENT-athlete. Mr. Rolle from Florida State is an exemplar to follow.

I agree with you - I think Bradford would be crazy not to enter the draft - you never know what another year could do to ya.

I hear the KC Chiefs, with the 3rd pick overall, want a QB.

Not a chance. Chief's problems on defense run much deeper. Thigpen turned in a respectable year so I think he's got it sewed up for next year. Therfore the need has gone down. If they can I look for the Chiefs to trade down a few slots and pick up another second or third round pick and then go for defensive line and linebackers.

On the other hand the Chiefs will have a new GM in a week or two. If that person decides to go for a QB to build around then I think they'll go for Bradford as the Big 12 guy. Maybe Stafford from Georgia.

Since this the last year without a cap on rookies it would be wise that they all go this year.

McCoy out of Pittsburgh will change his mind and go because of $$$. Guaranteed, I just had a brew with his dad. Will be announced 2-3 days.

He’d be crazy not to go pro. One big injury his senior year, and he’s worth zip. Sign now, and everybody in your extended familiy goes to college for generations, the missions are fully funded, etc etc.

No braier. Finish college anytime, but grab the millions while you’re healthy, and do God’s work with them.

I have a feeling that getting his degree is a little higher on his priority list.

I argued the same thing years ago with my bro-in-law when Tiger Woods left Stanford to go on the PGA tour full time. As evidenced by his success, I was completely wrong.

A final year of college can be completed any time in this young man's life. An NFL signing contract will make him financially secure for the rest of his life and allow him the finances to do whatever God wills him to do in respect to his religious convictions.

A final year of college football could result in a career ending injury with no payout other than a degree.......

There was a time I would have agreed with you, however, these top draft pics can make more money in their first season than most of us make in 5 lifetimes - Why else do you get a degree other than to make a good living? Enter the draft - play for 10 years then go back to school on your fortune and live easy....

I'm a Lions fan, too, but no way they will draft Moreno. They're pretty set at RB with Kevin Smith right now and have much bigger problems elsewhere...mainly at 20 other positions.

It's Bradford. Or as the OU bandwagon fans at my workplace called him today, "Bradturd". Of course, they're probably Florida fans today. Everyone loves the winner.

The rest of the Gators, no slouches they, refer to Tim as "Superman." Nuff said.

“Football players have more than enough spare time to finish college degrees.”

Since the integration of the NFC and the AFC...please give me 6 names of players who have left college for the NFL and have gone back to complete their college degrees.

While you’re at it, please give me 2 names of NBA players who have gone back to complete their college degrees.

College football has turned into the ‘farm clubs’ for the NFL and going early does nothing to inspire kids to higher education.

Having said all that....it was a pretty dang good game!
