We've reached the final game of the college football season. I know that we've had some arguments regarding who really should be the national champion (and due to my own bias I've tried to stay away from it). But anyway, somebody decided #'s 1 and 2 for this game a long time ago and here they are.

The BCS National Championship Game: Florida vs. Oklahoma (8:00 pm, FOX) The last two Heisman trophy winners take to the turf for the waterford crystal shaped football from Sears (or at least it used to be from Sears). Leading up to this game, we've heard about who really should be the top ranked team and I'll say this. One, possibly both of these two teams can end any argument tonight. We know the offensive playmakers by now. Tim Tebow. Sam Bradford. Jermaine Gresham. Lewis Murphy. Juaquin Iglesias. But will the defenses even matter tonight?
The game to decide who’s No.2
No argument..but equal ones can be made for Texas and USC..
From what I understand, there are a lot of votes for Utah. I heard that the MAC schools, for example, are voting Utah.
My OSU graduate is rooting for Florida while I have no real allegiance to either team, I suppport OU. I have associated with many people from OK and never met one I couldn’t get along well with. I predict a high scoring game—the offensive talent is clearly in abundance on both teams. Boomer Sooners.
LOL! USC got whomped by Oregon. Come on. You can’t be serious.

Wonder if they’ll show this Nike commercial during the game...LOL
I’m supposed to go to work at 11 tonight to start Graveyard shift...I’ve arranged to go in a couple hours late.
1.How bad is the Big-10, and how long, if ever, before it gets back to some measure of credibility. I mean..it's almost a mid-major now...
2. USC is good..unlike OSU..but playing in the Pac-1...how can they be given a REAL shot in a BCS poll..playing mediocre teams.
The purpose of a title game is to determine the best team in the country- not the second best. If a team did not win its conference title, then that team is not the best team in its conference. If that team is not the best in its conference, then it’s not the best in the nation. That means only conference winners should be in the BCS title game.
Utah lacks Strength of Schedule points compared to Big 12 teams. Put them in Big 12 play for a season and watch them lose no less than 3 games.
I always stop watching college football on New Years Day. This BCS is BS. They’ve ruined New Years Day football.
In my house, we ate saurkraut and watched four bowl games - Sugar, Cotton, Rose, and Orange. Then we spent about two days arguing about who was national champion, and then, on to the NFL playoffs.
Utah deserves the Championship; they validated their record with the defeat of Alabama. The game between the gators and sooners is for place and show....and I’m a big Sooner fan...have been since the days of Steve Owens.
USC lost to Oregon State; not Oregon. Mike Riley, Oregon State coach, is one of the best coaches in the country.
PAC-10 is undefeated in bowl games this year and has the best defense in the country. The offense was very young at the start of the year and has been dominate since mid-season.
Comments directed towards USC.
You left out Ole Miss and left in TT
Even though Ole Miss won the Cotton Bowl, a 9-4 team is not going to be ranked ahead of an 11-2 team.
Sauerkraut? Blearhgargg. Remind me not to stand downwind from you.
