Try it....I learned this trick from ClassyGreenEyedBlonde.
The other day (I can’t remember which) the whole on line program guide was missing for 2/3s of the day. Otherwise everything on line has been OK.
Stop. I think I've found your problem.
Online (as in internet) or on-(TV)screen?

DISHNETWORK
The whole thing...all channels...on the Internet.
Pssst! Just don’t look into the sun in New York on Wednesday, pass it on...
I have had the exact same experience. However, I’m a Comcast Cable customer. Go figure.
Good point.
Get Dish Network. Thier crappy service will make you forget about any issues you may have with your guide.
A better idea (one that you won't regret), would be to reset the receiver. There should be a button under the cover to the access card.
Run your dish box through the dishwasher and as soon as the cycle is done plug it back in. That will clean up the scheduling problem and should solve your problems.
Warning: It might create other problems not related to Dish or its programming though.

It’s happening to us too. Drives Hubby nuts.
May be you're part of the country or your dish is out of alignment
I had Dish Network for years as well. My experience with thier customer support caused me to switch to DirecTV and I've never looked back. Have YOU ever tried DirecTV?
“Have YOU ever tried DirecTV?”
No, never needed to change. They even gave me a free upgrade.
Yes, my grid is definitely doing that. The funny thing is they promote their grid as being able to show you programming for 3 and a half days ahead. Right now it’s not even for that many hours.
Dealt with them today and if I wanted to change to another package I had to also take my local channels for another $3 a month added to the package cost. I don’t have the receiver for local channels and I’ve been getting my locals for years (including the new digital channels) on a separate antenna but that makes no difference.
So I decided against the upgrade. Strange policy that insists on something so ludicrous. I realize we all pay for channels in packages that we don’t want but big mistake to rub our noses in it.
Sounds like your DirecTV’s beeber may have gotten stuned.
Finally, the day after New Year's, I orded two new receivers, one for my room, one for our living room (the Hughes box there is doing the exact same thing with the grid). I hooked my new box up as soon as it arrived two days ago and activated it as well. It's working beautifully and showing the program guide properly. I'll hook up the other new box (for my mom and stepdad) when I get a chance (work and an upcoming minivacation prevent me from doing so right away).
My apologies to those still inconvenienced.
