"He is a docile, sweet boy," Huitron said.

Obviously not.

"He is a docile, sweet boy,"

Until you ask him to clean his room.

The boy's lawyer, Sanford Edleman, had argued that the boy did not intend to kill his mother but only wanted to get back at her for abusing him.

Me thinks this fine and upstanding young gentleman will be card carrying democrat later in life if later is an option for him.

They are ALL ‘sweet and docile’ — and beware to all moms who get frustrated with their s/d boys and pull rank.

Under Arizona law, the boy can only be held until he turns 18. Sentencing is set for Jan. 23.

He is 12 now, so he serves just 6 years for the premeditated murder of his own mother; emptying a full clip from a .22 into her. Life is cheap.

I guess that’s why he only shot her 8 times.

It says the woman’s shack-up witnessed the murder. Why did he not try to stop it?

The boy’s attorney should ask for leniency from the court since the boy is now an orphan.

The FAMILY is guilty of not reporting the abuse to the authorities . . . police, social worker, teacher . . . who would then report to the proper State/County agency.

This wasn’t a one time occurrence of child abuse but neither the boy nor his aunt reported it to anyone and THEY need to accept responsibility for NOT doing something. We are responsible for our own lives. What were they waiting for?

The boy is not being identified because he was charged as a juvenile.

Yeah, we wouldn't want to ruin his reputation.
