I know; and even my lib relatives are embarrassed about it.:(
Ugggggh, I don’t even want to think about it.
.........and both my mom and my sister keep their thermostats set VERY low. I was freezing the whole time. I'm glad to be back in my toasty house.:)
Bad news though from my older son; his car was broken into New Year's Eve, actually the wee hours of New Year's Day, along with 3 other cars in his apartment complex parking lot. They did a lot of damage; broke a window, broke the steering wheel, ripped out the ignition, dented the body, etc. etc. etc. He found many cigarette butts in the car so they obviously were in there for quite a while; they found his manual and were obviously reading it, trying to figure out how to hotwire his car. Fortunately they were too stupid to figure it out.
Thats too bad. Ive had a car broken in to in florida and when we lived in Illinois our house was robbed. It gives you a creepy violated feeling.
He’s usually pretty unflappable but I could tell this has him upset.
I had my wedding ring stolen and I wouldnt replace it because I was so ticked that someone could decide that that they could take things that were yours, just because they figured they were more entitled to them than you. I refused to replace it or buy any jewelry for years because of that. Finally the mister bought me a new one for our 35th, so I couldnt very well refuse that.
That was sweet of him.:)

When I put the dogs out early this morning I noticed that the sky was very clear.
It’s nice to see those stars up there in a clear sky. I like to look them up and read about them. It is fascinating reading for this amateur astronomer.
