I have Time Warner Cable and I have very low expectations for them. They made no HD boasts during the year, so I wasn't disappointed at year's end.
We only have 45 HD channels, but there is no extra charge for them ......... so far.

Cox Cable had the local channels on HD for several months. They just recently added some of the cable channels as HD. We now can get about 25 HD channels -- but the 'free' HD programming ends up adding another $11.95 to the cable bill (for HD converter and digital service). So far, I can't justify that, considering I don't watch that much TV anyway.
