She is doing a little better today. The hard part is not babying her. (Not easy) I am so glad to hear that she is doing better. As far as babying her, I would have a problem not doing that too.
Hugs to you and Lindy!

Got some catching up to do, it seems. This is such a pretty bouquet, and the framing, too! I enjoy seeing the results of your playing in PSP! Thanks, Amy - I really, really enjoyed doing yesterday’s opening because those were such sweet subjects, plus the lovely voice of Renee Olstead (Wikepedia says she is Irish American; her accent is endearing.) :)

Good to see you here again (yesterday), Sistah D, and thank you for giving yorkie a little more information about Giz and his little back legs that quit holding him up a few months ago. "Old man 'tude" LOL!

Those a lovely, Lori.
Carnations are so pretty. I’ve planted some but have had no luck.

We must be breaking some kind of snow record for having snow on the ground so long. These last five winters have been colder and snowier than ever.
A forecaster on TV at noon said January overall was 5º colder than normal with lots of 20s.
It's not so bad unless you have to shovel the stuff. Some storms have come right on the heels of others. But somehow it doesn't bother me except that I couldn't go out some days.
It's still beautiful.

Will have to put it on a futures calendar.
Marissa still wants to go to Hawaii. Once in awhile she asks when we are going. I just tell her someday. :)

Thanks, Billie.
I will be away the rest of the day.
Tomorrow, I need to spend some time with Jim, so I probably won’t be able to play with PSP until Saturday or Sunday.
Have a beautiful Thursday.

Dita:
This is soothing music at any time of the day or night. Thank you, Billie:)Welcome! I really enjoy listening to that lilting Irish voice of John Gary's.
I wish I'd had this done for Tuesday's music thread, but I still want to share with you part of an old Sally Jesse Raphael Show I taped in July of 1996! At the time all I had was a VCR, but I saved this particular tape and it's been in the top of one of my closets for years, since we replaced the VCR with a DVR/VCR combination. Yesterday, I wanted to see if I could successfully dub from the tape to the DVD and then record the song on my computer. Voila! It worked! I grabbed three screen captures and put them all in one gif so you could see the little 8 year old girl who sang this song. (she would be about 20 years old now) She worked that audience like a pro! P.S. Curious to see if I could locate her,
I googled the name and found a MySpace page for her.
(Very ...uh... "interesting" photo of her on her page. LOL)

I hope you're feeling better yet today, Jaycee - I went back to posts I missed yesterday and wanted to answer this one. Also, you may be happy to know that on your recommendation, I clicked your YouTube link and waited for it to download so I could listen to it. Interesting insights, and we could see she was getting a little emotional at the end.
Just a sort of FYI.....and why I almost never click on anyone's YouTube links. :(
The video was 5 minutes and 7 seconds long - know how long it took for me to get to hear it without buffering? One hour and 21 minutes. :( I opened the link at 10:01 AM, it finished loading at 11:22 AM. This is the only reason I don't respond to music or video links - never knowing how long they are and most of the time not knowing who or what it's about. It's not that I'm deliberately ignoring! LOL
When I have to look for a song I don't already have and figure I can find it and record it from a YouTube video, I look for those that are usually only a little over 3 minutes, and go about doing other things while they're downloading. :)
Too much information probably! Sigh! One Fine Day when I check with AT&T to see if we finally have broadband access, the answer will be yes. :)

I want blueberry pancakes for breakfast in the morning, thanks to you! :)
Also, thanks to your kazoo illustration, I want to throw things at my screen. LOL
