I was already having a subdued New Year’s Eve due to some unexpected muscule pain in my left arm, but I feel even worse, since the first thing I saw in the New Year was the Clintons hugging and dancing on live TV. Where’s the Scotch!!??

Happy New Year East Coast! One hour to go here in Chicagoland. Mighty cold in both places. Had a nice prime rib dinner at the restaurant with family tonite and feeling good. Hope you all have a better New Year than the last, which shouldn’t be too hard considering what’s happened this past year. Here’s to better times ahead.

Did anyone notice that the NYC Times Square ball didn’t drop when Hill/Billary pushed the button?
Dems can’t even drop the ball right.

Happy New Year East Coast!
It's my birthday, spending it alone. I cheered myself up and made a car salesman very happy today by bucking the economy and buying a new car! I must be crazy...what the Heck!

Someone tell me, is it really the New Year here on FreeRepublic or must we wait for it to come to Fresno?
