Since her sheriff revoked her permit, which mine can too if he wants, I assume she was also supposed to be carrying concealed.

And therein is the problem. Your assumption is incorrect.

Pennsylvania is an Open Carry state. One does not need ANY permit to openly carry a handgun. Oddly, one does need a permit to carry a concealed weapon.

The woman in question was arrested for exercising her 2nd amendment right to carry a weapon.

The only person who broke the law was the LEO who decided that he could deprive a Pennsyvanian citizen of her rights.

I applaud this woman. And I suggest you familiarize yourself with the laws of Pennsylvania before asking "what part of CCW she doesn't understand." You might even read the article before asking where she lives.

If you have the $$$ to fight city hall, go ahead, I don't. So far, everyone in my supposed "open carry" state who does try it, goes to jail and has to hire a lawyer. Please go to your local mall wearing your shoot'en iron exposed and see what happens. If you have the right, go for it.

I'm betting her lawsuit goes nowhere. I wish it would, but I doubt it.

We live in a paranoid world. I'll keep mine concealed. Once again, I'll keep my fight in the voting booth.
