Every state and the federal statutes all define the militia thus:
1. The organized militia (national guard).
2. The unorganized militia (every able bodied man 18 to 45 years old).

Which means that if you are not able bodied and/or over 45, you lose your 2nd amendment right.

My argument is, that's discrimination.
