Diversity of ideas is definitely not permitted in most of America’s colleges and universities.

Indoctrination of the leftist agenda trumps all learning.

Critical thinking is an unheard of concept. The profs do your thinking for you.

Might as well go along with Prelutsky’s “modest proposal”. After all, outside of the scientific disciplines such as engineering and medicine, college has become a colossal waste of time and money, as much a hoax as “global warming”.

Inasmuch as smart, poor kids already receive academic scholarships...

Hoo boy... that is just such ignorant fantasy.

Unless their parents are in a position to write tuition checks the "smart, poor" kids I know are mostly employed at least part time (I know, cause they work for me), living at home, commuting to second-tier state universities to keep the tuition costs down, and still piling up student debt to cover the difference.
