...week later they had dinner together, and Mr. Weinsteins attraction grew in direct proportion to Mr. Perreaults dining pleasure. He looked like he was sensually enjoying what he was eating, said Mr. Weinstein, who is also a food writer. This was a guy I could like....

He was an art critic at The Village Voice (& a union shop steward at The Village Voice) and then The SoHo News, and his nude portrait by the painter Alice Neel is part of the permanent collection of the Whitney Museum of American Art.
Mr. Weinstein and Mr. Perreault wept while reading Walt Whitman poems to each other.
they vowed their love as they removed the friendship rings from their right hands and placed them on each others left ring finger.
About Jeff Weinstein
By Jeff Weinstein
I’m a native New Yorker who studied biology and literature, not journalism, in school. Here’s a career outline: Edited arts at the long-defunct Soho Weekly News in New York, then visual art and architecture (and plenty else) at the Village Voice — with a short stint as managing editor of Artforum, where I later wrote. I was also the restaurant critic at the Voice (from 1979 to ‘95) and in that period contributed reviews and features in every arts/culture field save music. In 1997, I joined the Philadelphia Inquirer as fine arts editor, covering classical music, art, architecture, theater and dance (and also wrote a column on popular culture and gay issues).
Most recently I edited arts and culture at Bloomberg News, but now cover art for Metro-NY and have a blog on artsjournal.com called Out There. If I know anything about criticism it’s probably because I’ve been living with art critic and essayist John Perreault for more than three decades.
You’d make a great global warming scientist. Just ignore all the data by others that don’t fit your preconceived perceptions.
I can tell by your response you are totally unbiased about the subject anyway.
And by the way, don’t get all snippy at me about the studies I cited you somehow are unhappy with, when YOU were the first one to trot out statistics from some unnamed study. You don’t like someone coming back with better evidence and multiple studies, too bad. You were the first to employ that tactic to make your argument valid.
No, they aren't.
If they were, their plumbing would attach correctly.
Has the Times started accepting announcements for these?
No, I do believe that you were in your first response to me. I gave statistics, but you were the first to bring up how more homosexual women are abused than heterosexual (post #58). Better evidence? GMAB. My statistics were based on actual reports, not a survey.
I would not dismiss these statistics out of hand, due to the fact that in homosexual relationships, one takes the male role, and the other takes the female roll.
I’ll be the first to admit that I’m probably not unbiased because I deal with this every day in my line of work. And for the record, I don’t believe in global warming, so I’d make a horrible global warming scientist. You are wrong about that, too.
Yeah, you read about them everyday. However, most of the announcements usually involve a politician or celebrity. :)
Fine. I am not taking a position on gays/gay marriage/Cheney being God
In the world of politics (which is where I was alluding to and you brought into the conversation) waddayagonnado?
Should divorced people be excluded from your government and your society because they obviously don’t have the your definition of morals - a position held 50 years ago. You seem to support that thus making Ronaldus Maximus
the spawn of Satan. You can’t have it both ways-— and you’re not going to elect your idea of God.
BTW: “Freedom does not mean free to do whatever the hell you want.” What then is the definition? Doing what other people say?
Since homosexuals are made, not born, Dick Cheney would have to take a hard look at research, and himself, in order to answer other than what he has.
Funny how of all the studies you both referred to, none are after 1992. Makes me wonder how much the sodomite mafia has tramped down such studies.
Serious question - can anyone here differentiate homosexual behavior with child molesters? Both are seeking a certain type of sexual gratification. Haven’t investigated to determine whether child molesters are able to engage in an otherwise normal, healthy sexual lifestyle. I’ve asked some of my liberal friends this question, and aside from really pissing them off, they have no answer.
Monogomous deviancy is still deviancy. They are obviously aberrant. I wish they would repent, but the won't.
It was Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve...
Even my young children figured THAT one out!
“homosexuals are made, not born.”
I’m not and I don’t know. However, if there is only one anywhere who isn’t, then you postulation based on “research” is erroneous.
Wow...does it get any more phony than this?
LOL! DU is having a screaming fit over our thread. They’ve linked to it, so watch for trolls.
