We’re assuming he really did that. Not just there was contact in a shuffle, or the old man didn’t jump in front of him, necessitating contact just to get by him.

All we really know is that this old man apparently hated the children’s father and gave him the death penalty for a relatively minor offense.

“Geez. For all we know he’s a senile old man that is being duped by a bitter vindictive granddaughter into denying this Dad his children. “

Geez...for all we know Grandpa saved his daughter and grandchildren’s lives!

You are missing the main point. The dad was tresspassing on grandpa’s property, he was also in charge to take care of the kids. The dad should have handled it differently.

Maybe he was planning on taking them out of the country.

For some reason the Federales get very cross whenever a gringo brings guns into their quiet peaceful country.

I wasn’t there either, I can make up stuff too, can’t I?

Makes as much sense as the uninformed innuendo you threw out there.

If you had any class, you’d give a courtesy ping. Then again, if you had any class, you wouldn’t say the things you do in the first place.

Maybe the dad was a superhero, trying to save the world from old people.

Welcome to FR jojo. It is evident you knew Brice and I am not saying he was not a good man or good father. What I did say is that he was tresspassing. He may have been in the right to see his children but he was DEAD WRONG on how he went about it.

Fresh meat? Interesting. Do you have a connection to this story?

You should have shut up. All you have posted are points being argued that do not fall in line with your way of thinking.

And you have disrupted this thread with your obsessive compulsive behavior.

So providing an honest answer to your question is considered obsessive compulsive behavior by you? If you were so afraid of the answer, you shouldn’t have asked the question.

And btw way, you didn’t just argue points of opinion. You outright lied. For example, you stated that Mary Schindler was caught lying on the stand. When another FReeper confronted you about it, you failed to provide any reason for your false accusation.

That’s just one example. I’m not the only one who sees you for what you are.

From the Texas CHL law handbook:

PC ¶9.32 DEADLY FORCE IN DEFENSE OF A PERSON. (a) A person is justified in using deadly force against another:

(2) (B) To prevent the other's imminent commission of aggravated kidnapping, murder, sexual assault, aggravated sexual assault. robbery, or aggravated robbery.

Sounds like a "clean shoot" to me...
