Is this the guy who steals his themes, and even his basic layouts, from old Soviet-era Russian propaganda posters, or am I thinking of someone else?

I was just on the “Obey plagarist Shepard Fairey” web-site. This guy apparently steals from almost EVERYONE, not just old Russian propaganda posters.
