I would use Malware bytes. This program fixed my system from a couple other serious virus attacks. Make sure and click "update" befo0re you run it the first time.

For whatever it's worth, Malwarebytes is highly recommended by the forum I used a few years ago when I had a pile of "interesting" infections.

Next to that, I'd suggest Avast!
