This is curious and bizarre. A reader, Jane, conducted some Google searches related to the Obamas’ Chicago home on Greenwood Avenue, and discovered the following, which I verified with my own searches, and documented with screenshots at approximately 2:30 PM ET on 12/17/08:
A Google search of the Obamas’ address, 5046 Greenwood Ave., Chicago, yields this:

The phone number listed for the address, if you can’t make it out, is 415-821-6171, a San Francisco area code. When I Google’d that phone number, this came up:

The phone number associated with the Obama’s mansion is the number for the national Party of Socialism and Liberation. When I clicked on that link, I got this:

Why on Earth is the phone number for the Party for Socialism and Liberation linked to the Obamas’ private residence in Chicago?

I am getting a vibe that Obamas property may have a tax problem, without getting into it lets suppose somebody devalued it so Obama paid less taxes?

I remember reading somewhere that Obama’s house was never even in his name, quite awhile back. Not sure of the validity of that info..but have seen it repeated from reliable sources in the past. That info would be good to review if someone could source it here. Freeper’s always do great digging...the problem is in connecting the dots.
The biggest ‘dot’ I see so far in this, is the phone number associated with communist front groups...and the City Of Chicago!!
I wonder if the same real estate company has been handling all the sales and resales, and which agent(s)?
If this is a Cook County assessor value, you can get wide margins of value..(especially if you have friends in the assessors office...lol). Is Nextag the county valuation or some other?

I saw that also, and I saw no significance at the time and did not keep the link, and I also recall reading that the amount of mortgage acquired for the purchase was over the lenders limit.

Yep..I got that link..then retrokitten found the other addy associated with the PSL and ANSWER from the first link and it was 3334 W LAWRENCE AVE. The Lawrence Avenue addy is the one that appears to have been bought and sold by the City of Chicago many times.

In 2003, during his bid for the Senate, William Osborn the Chairman of Northern Trust (and director of the Federal Reserve) contributed $1,000 to Obama’s Senatorial campaign followed up by a maximum contribution to the Senators primary campaign.

The interesting fact of these contributions are that they occurred 6 months after the Senator took office and just 1 month prior to his closing on his Northern Trust Loan. The donations that May of 2005 stand out because there were relatively few contributions to the Obama coffers in 2005, as a result of his election 6 months earlier...

“The same month that 0 allegedly bought the house that chart says the price estimate was $387,000 but he or someone paid 1.65 million. How could the numbers be so radically different? Do you or anyone know what the “60615 median” means? Could this have been a money laundering scheme? Or could it be evidence of a pay for future benefits scheme? This whole house deal keeps getting weirder and weirder from what I’ve been seeing.
Today nextag.com has the value at 425k and showing a -1.2m
depreciation/devaluation. Whatever has been pulled off here, it involves a scam of over a million bucks.
My theories are:
1. Michelle wanted the home even though it was not for sale. Price was not an obstacle, and everyone has a price.
2. the zeroes hooked up with Raines at Fannie Mae and the loan was guaranteed.
3. Raines is clear and the Rezkos and the Blagos made it happen.
4. Raines is knee deep and saw to the approval of a loan 1.1m above value.
5. Nothing new here since it is SOP for politicians. So zero knows he is protected no matter what.
Just wow...I hope the feds are as diligent as you and our fellow freepers in regards to Obama’s fraud and deception.
It would appear that Northern Trust has not received the scrutiny that they so richly deserve....yet!
