I have just been banned from Digg.
Oddly (for me), I was consistently polite, avoided anything resembling personal attacks (even when attacked), and the like.
What did I do?
I defended Israel. I defended Conservatism. I debunked global warming. I pointed out credibility issues of Obama.
This, apparently, is "an abuse of Digg's policies."
And I am serious --- I was WAY more toned down on Digg than here --- and was getting quite a following, and made some converts, I think.
Which is why I was banned.

We had an article linked here that was Dugg over 800 times, and never made the front page. I despise Digg, and gave up on them some time ago. I used to fare better at Fark, but, most of them drank the kool-aid. But, I was banned from DU for linking to a tax caluclator FROM Obama’s website. LOL
My accounts on Digg routinely post conservative stories all the time.
ARe you sure you didn't post something really against policies? What's your screen name?

I was NOT hostile. I was NOT anything, but refusing to toe the line.
Same thing happened to me at DU which didn’t surprise me too much. What was a shocker was getting banned from Lucianne.com. I thinks it’s a luck of the Mod thing. If one is in a bad mood and sees something you write that they dont like they can delete you with the click of a mouse. Digg is a twenty something libtard site. I wouldn’t be offended if I were you.
I got nailed at Lucianne, too —— but I made the mistake of stating I had no intention of voting for a RINO.
So a media site is liberal. Whoda thunk it?
Well, it’s just funny.
They claim to open to all, and yet are hostile to dissenting opinions.
Just an example of “free speech” -— college campus style.
Most stuff is dugg down heavily.
Maybe I'll ask them what the problem is.
If you ask them they will tell you. I just asked them why they banned you and they said they could only discuss it with you.
Wow, they banned “meanerwesttexan” and I didn’t even post anything.
Curiously, from another computer no less, I joined again, and stood up for Israel in Gaza and got deleted.
I was EXCEEDINGLY polite, but nonetheless repeatedly attacked.
