11:13AM	PLS ROLL LACORDS ON EXP WITH SNOW PLOW - THERE ARE 30-40VEHS STUCK IN SNOW
AND 2 PATROL VEHS MAY BE STUCK SOON DUE TO THICK SNOW APROX 4INCHES THX
11:12AM	OUT WITH 30-40 VEHS STUCK IN SNOW - 2 CHP UNITS MAY GET STUCK AS
WELL - SNOW IS 4INCHES
11:06AM	S 4 & E18 ENTR TO ESCONDIO AT 14 FOR CLOSURE
11:03AM	PER S4 CTZN RPT OF SEVERAL TC S

TV just said all roads between the Antelope Valley and Santa Clarita are CLOSED
