I have a big problem with this as well..things are just so bizarre that stuff that is suppose to be a parody could actually be true.

When you complain, the response is “Well isn’t it obvious that it was a parody?”
Well....no. Hell, no.
As I said earlier, real life is usually stranger than fiction and parody anyway. Examples abound.
