One thing they do not mention is that Switzerland has a fairly homogeneous population. The are not tolerant of illegal immigration and actually deport illegals. As a result, a large percentage of murders in the country are by foreigners. Just as in Baltimore, MOST of the murders committed are by blacks and Hispanics and very few by whites. And before any of you call me a racist, here is my proof.

My point was that although there is racial diversity there, the culture is homogeneous. In other words, the excuses some make that race itself is a factor, isn’t true, it is the willingness to become a homogenized culture. When you feel a cultural kinship to your neighbor, no matter his race, you are more inclined to protect your neighbor. When you separate yourself and don’t see a kinship with your neighbor, you don’t have an interest in his protection.
