This photo further convinces me that Obama is a psychopath.
"Glibness / superficial charm" is a symptom of a psychopath. That ridiculous fake smile of his certainly is telling of his superficial charm. Combine that fact with his pathological lying, lack of remorse, grandiose sense of self-worth, failure to take responsibility for faults of his own and his cunning/manipulative behavior, I would say that Obama's photo should be next to the Oxford English Dictionary's definition of "Psychopath."
