Chicago (AP) -- When it comes to her weight, Oprah Winfrey has always been straightforward. The talk show queen continues the honesty, saying in the January issue of "O" magazine out Tuesday that she now weighs 200 pounds and has "fallen off the wagon" when it comes to healthy living.

Americans are going to have to do with less. Smaller portions. No air conditioning. Cars that cannot travel more than 40 miles a day.
I’m not going without just so Oprah can leave a bigger footprint (literally).

My bone to pick with her is she is now blaming thyroid problems. I have Graves Disease and weight is a major concern. In 2 years I have gained 20 pounds. That’s it. It’s nearly impossible to lose, but with reasonable exercise and eating you don’t just blow up into a whale. I manage without a personal trainer, chef, and dietician to control myself.
