“Coyotes are a danger to our very civilization. One of the worst problems this country has. “
Let’s play “spot the strawman”!
Quote for me where anyone said that coyote are a threat to civilisation or one of the worst problems this country has.
I'm no authority on it but I've never read or heard that they have. If they did breed with a larger type dog it would truly be a dangerous animal, IMO.
Have you ever heard of this happening, George?
Go with the rifle and ditch the driver, I've watched your tee shots.
Raccoons ( see above ).
Wolves and dogs can create hybrids.
Someone here ? said yes to coyotes, but I forget whom.
Not an animal that I would want near me nor any kids.
This Jennifer Churchill is lame. She has to be a nutjob animal rights activist disguised as a DOW employee. CA has spokespeople in their Fish & Game Dept just like her. Fortunately most western states have wildlife managers instead of animal rights activists in their employ.
I think what we’ve got there is a crime against nature.
Or one lonely dog.
LOL! That raccoon pic is a hoot. I’ve got it in my pic folder and forgot all about it, glad you thought to post it.
One bad hunting dog.
Colorado is over run with PETA animal rights nuts.
Unfortunately, PETA has learned that their people can get a government pay check and stop hunters.
;-)
LOL!
Borderline animal worship is another result of business (especially hiring), academic and political policies over the past three decades or so. It’s one of the causes being fed by big money and the ongoing national feminization trend. It’s likely that we’re stuck with seeing what comes out of the economic events of the next few years before making an assessment and action plan.
I know of a man who recently had a coyote-dog mix. ...artificial insemination, perhaps? The animal acted much like a domesticated wolf (which coyotes do not) in that it was wary and distrustful toward people but not as dangerous as the result of an attempt to domesticate a regular coyote from birth (extremely wary, chews up everything in sight).
The man, BTW, is a rustic local type with an alcohol problem. Affected by the animal worship speech of richer locals, he spoke very New-Age-ish comments about the animal, and gave it a New-Age-sounding name from a book of fiction and had a fantasy about murdering anyone he imagined might harm it. The coyote-dog thing recently died from a disease of some kind (symptoms were like those of parvo).
Baning predator hunting is one of the PETA dreams.
Then deer, elk, moose, sheep...would be wiped out.
The next PETA goal would be accomplished as family farms and family ranchers were destroyed.
No more free range beef.
Because if it does, Im not sure if I should remove my 2-iron or 7-wood.
There are attachments for certain rifles that can launch golf-balls using balnks. Check your course rule book.
Some of these AR types are very scary.
Think of the AR nuts who blow up and burn down restaurants, ski lifts, vehicles...plus kill people.
You should move out of town onto about 40 acres or more and try to raise some small animals. Within the first year you'll have an object lesson and perhaps an awakening.
Thanks. It brought tears to my eyes to read what I’d written. My Dad died more than 20 years ago, and golf was the one thing he and I had together.
So it was very good to recall all those good times with Dad.
How about you go read the animal worshipper post at post 9 first before you jump on me, hmmm?
