It's too funny how the DUmmies are saying Thomas and the RWers on the SCOTUS are going to overturn the election and steal the election, etc. All the SCOTUS will have to do is decide that Obama should show proof that he was born in the United States. If Obama can do that, then there will be no problem.

How is that over turning the election?

The DUmmies must believe Obama has no valid birth certificate either or they wouldn't be saying the SCOTUS is going to over turn the election.

It may be the proverbial war of attrition. First Berg submitted his action and now we have Donofrio. Later Keyes, South Carolina I thought I read was asking for proof of his eligibility. It may be a long road but in the meantime, it can serve to hinder radical legislation of which we are wary of.

Obama’s controllers are getting cornered against the wall.

The only logical course of action is an offensive gesture and diversionary tactics to pull any possible media away from this story.
