“Venison jerky!” When I was growing up my dad had a deer lease around Bandera, Texas. In a little town, Utopia, not far from the lease,there was the best venison jerky I’ve ever had in my life! Beautiful country, too!
Jerky is the best use for road kill deer.
Waste not, want not.
And I make great jerky! ;^)
