Well, they only had four years, and they were kinda busy the whole time.

Given time, I'm sure they would have gotten around to a little Indian killing.

not really as the south was opening trade routes and the north did not want the south to do that because of tax

that was the whole reason why the war started not the PC crap of slavery

do not forgot that the native Americans fought for the south , for their homeland and their way which was being threatened by the north

It's hard to disprove a historical might-have-been, but there were Indians fighting on the Confederate side in the battle of Pea Ridge (March 1862). So there was a little Indian killing of Unionists in northwest Arkansas in the war.

You should read up on the Confederate General Stand Watti, who was involved in quite a bit of Indian killing during 'The War'.
