I thought this was common knowledge. Beethoven joins other great Africans starting with Jesus Christ and going through a brief list of well known Africans such as DaVinci, Issac Newton, George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Elvis and Bill Clinton.
I was quite surprised by most of the names on your list.
One that was not a surprise was Bill Clinton. After all he was our first black president
