Tonight’s show was very entertaining, but it’s hard not to notice all the PC going on - - woman President wants to send US troops (armed only with rubber bullets, no doubt) to “Sengali” and Darfur and Rwanda and God knows where else, not for national security reasons but strictly for “humanitarian” reasons.... Good grief.
The one redeeming element was the United Nations dude who was realistically and appropriately portrayed as a worthless, cowardly, corrupt weasel. United Nations material all the way.
Terrific show overall but I’ll be glad when Jack is back doing his thing in the good old US of A.
I was only reminded to watch it because I saw this thread. Only missed the first 10 minutes.
Can anyone tell me what I missed in the first 10 minutes? Or what is happening?
What a disappointment. The movie was uninspired to say the least. As for season 7, with tony as the villian I’m expecting some icky touchy feely moments as Jack and Tony ‘reconnect’ by the end of the day. I want the old head-chopping Jack back. Maybe I’m asking for too much I guess.

I watched it and I may not watch any more of it — I found it a little bit boring. At every turn, I was predicting in my mind what would happen next, and was correct. And when a movie/TV show does that, it ceases to be entertaining.
