I read that Romney drew a rousing crowd of about 300 in Atlanta on Friday during his swing into Georgia to support Chambliss. The account of his Savannah rally does not say anything about the siz of the crowd. If Palin goes, she’ll draw thousands. I’m hoping she goes next weekend. obama has been pouring millions into Georgia and has sent about 1,000 “organizers” down there to turn out the vote.

2012 is a long ways away but I really do like this woman and see someone who will not give up or quit - somebody that will try to make themsevles better and never think that they know everything - someone who is willing to continue learning and that means researching and studying policy. She will probably work on public speaking as well- she is set to be one of the featured speakers at CPAC in Feb. all of this helps her and it keeps her fresh in the minds of republicans and conservatives.

People, even on this forum, are way to quick to judge, rather than giving someone a chance and the benefit of the doubt. What I have learned over my 27 yrs. thus far about politics is that those who are true politicians and inside the beltway are those who royally screw things up because they lose sight of what America is about and what Americans really want and need. Politicians are in it for themselves and to some extent, yes, Sarah Palin is a politician but one of the reasons she even ran for higher office was she saw the corruption going on in her state and wanted to change it. This is what we need - we are in an economic nightmare because govt. is too big and has take over the private sector and put too many regulations and intervention on the free market so it doesn’t work properly. We need to clear out the same old same old and for once in my life I finally got excited about a candidate - someone that I actually thought I could believe in because finally there was a candidate that represented ME.

Eight hundred Iowans showed up last night in DM to hear Jindahl. Tickets were $50.00 each for Iowa Family Policy Center.

I can't say that the Gov will be the candidate I support.....its too early.....what is her response to this unending and obscene driveby media hatchet job?....and what is her response to the price of oil falling and her state facing a budget crisis, although certainly nowhere near other states?

we need to see how she navigates thru all this...with dignity and a smile and a resolve...I don't know.....

can we all sign a pledge though...that whoever is our nominee we will not eviscerate each and everyone of them like spoiled children...If its Palin, its Palin...if its Romney, its Romney.....if its Bobby...its Bobby....etc

There are many mothers who, while they did not actually drive their daughter to the clinic, had instilled the message that an unplanned pregnancy should result in abortion.

These mothers, IMO, have blood on their hands.

Forget Iowa, NH and the lot! They are responsible for the mess we have now!

The system is clearly BROKEN, when the last place, dead in the water, outta cash candidate is suddenly declared your parties nom, aka McLame.

The primaries are a tool the facist ENEMEDIA uses to control US.

“STOP.. I can not take another election cycle... STOP!”

-

Look. It’s either that, or listen to Obama and Reid and Pelosi, lecture us for four years.

Besides - and 100% serious for a moment:

If we can make Palin an actual issue right away, it will distract the worst of the liberals, who will (rightfully) fear driving Americans right to her.

Palin train number 2012, leaving the station... :)

w00T! w00T!

All aboard.

IFPC should book her for next year and find out. Of course, a lot can happen in a year.

The next 4 years will see the metamorphosis of Sarah from a small state, not exposed to the national media Governor to a confident, well-trained leader. Just look at how a butterfly starts its life humbly as a caterpillar and evolves into a beauty. Sarah has some work to do and so is the GOP. I hope Obama will start self-destructing in a couple of years. That will also give opportunities for the “other” leaders like Jindal, Pawlenty, Huckabee and Barbour to try and see how much crowd they are able to pull. Soon, they will come to the true understanding of “Palin Power”. Sarah needs the counselling of some Kissinger, Karl Rove type like old horse to fine tune her for the Presidency. She will get it. She is one of those true leaders that happen very rarely in national politics.

I agree completely. According to the Washington Times some former Reagan and Bush advisors have begun to take Sarah under their wing to groom her for 2012. They recognize talent when they see it.
