This year, CBP will be recruiting thousands of new employees to work at our borders, in our ports, and at locations throughout our nation and the world. We need to find the best possible candidates for these jobs as we continue to build our talented workforce which has been tasked with the tremendous responsibility of keeping America safe from harm.

CBP National Career Day is a large-scale public awareness initiative that will take place in 15 locations simultaneously around the country on January 31, 2009. These information events will be hosted in each location to raise public awareness about CBP’s mission and the many career paths available within our agency.
