Well, there is this world famous one, from the world famous Nigel Tufnel:
Nigel Shreds
But seriously though, nothing can match legend BB King and hot-shot Gary Moore in this clip:
BB King & Gary Moore - The Thrill is Gone
Gary shows off and plays clouds and clouds of gnat notes, while BB just sits back and laughs, until his moment comes, where BB simply screams SOUL with only one or two or four notes ... gotta love thems Blues :)

The Allman Brother's Band Live at The Fillmore East or the re-mastered The Fillmore Concerts not only is the greatest live album ever recorded, but has the greatest guitar solos during In Memory of Elizabeth Reed, and Whipping Post, and the greatest pair of dual-leads -- Duane Allman and Dickie Betts -- playing off each other that you will ever hear.

Here's La Villa Stranglatto live in Rio from ~ 2002. Not bad for three guys in their 40’s at the time. I think they have gotten better with age - especially in their live performances. The live in Rio DVD was recorded with no sound checks prior to the show as they were running late. The 40,000+ audience is a bit loud sometimes - but adds to the atmosphere!
Alex tears it up around 3:30. And at about 7:30 they do some impromptu stuff - rare for Rush, but very fun.
