I had an original Odessa album, totally unopened.
I named my puppy Odessa in 1979 and called her Odie.

My cat was named Shenendora. Name THAT tune!

Sorry, man ... its gonna take a lot of hope on your part to get this Beatles fan into caring about them screetching, warbling, irritating Bee Gees .. even if some of their early stuff such as Odessa isn't all half bad.

The best career move they ever made was to go Disco .... the *worst* career move they ever made was to go Disco. Two edged sword, m'FRiend.

My favorite was Back Home off the Trafalgar album. That song was unlike anything the Bee Gees recorded and was edgier and harder.

I thought Odessa was a city in West Texas. The home of the fabled Odessa Permian H.S. Football program which was featured in “Friday Night Lights”.
