This appears to be a fantastic piece of evidence for all the plaintiffs in their respective lawsuits challenging Obama's constitutional eligibility to be POTUS. As a single piece of evidence for the Kenyan birth, it's probably even better than the (garbled) statement by the purported paternal grandmother.

Let's make sure that Berg, Donofrio, Keyes, and the other plaintiffs are fully informed of this tape!

Surprised we haven't heard of it before, since the radio conversation with the Kenyan ambassador to the US took place on the day after Election Day.

I sent it to a Obongo lover I know and she said, ‘like yeah, we’re gonna believe a shock jock somewhere actually called the Kenyan embassy’ LOL

This tape probably can’t be used because the Kenyan Ambassador was not informed that the conversation is being taped.

Next, the Kenyan Ambassador was not in the room when TheOne* was born. His word means nothing. It’s just hearsay.

Next, how do we know he’s telling the truth?
Anyone now may want to claim that TheOne* was born in their town. It’d be a great tourist attraction.

I doubt SCOTUS would accept this tape as evidence.
I’m praying I’m wrong.
