I recently heard that “Andy Martin” is a guy I went to school with named Anthony Martin Trigona. The guy is certifiable. Anyone who puts any stock in this clown is a fool.

According to the Hawaii Judiciary's online records site (http://hoohiki1.courts.state.hi.us/jud/Hoohiki/main.htm?spawn=1), the status of the case is "under advisement" by the court.

There is not a lot of "court minutes text" listed, and I'm not sure why. I have viewed many many case records on Hawaii's site, and generally the text minutes contain a rudimentary description of what was literally said, including the "back and forth" between opposing counsels. In this case, though, the text notes are extremely vague/abbreviated, and I'm not sure if there is a reason why. Here it is, verbatim:

All of us reasonable minded conservatives are hoping the birth certificate is either false or from Kenya. Only one problem, if he was falsely elected, it will take both the House and the Senate to impeach him. With all the democrats infesting both houses like cock roaches, it will never happen. Can someone tell me what they think will happen if Osama bin Obama’s birth certificate proves he is NOT a citizen of the United States but a citizen of the world like he said in Germany.

Here’s an email I received from Martin this AM. He seems upbeat:

(HONOLULU)(November 18, 2008) Aloha from Hawai’i.

A Honolulu circuit judge heard vigorous arguments in the lawsuit filed by Obama author Andy Martin. Martin is seeking access to Barack Obama’s original, typewritten 1961 birth certificate. The judge reserved judgment.

“We had about a half-hour hearing,” Martin states. “Both the Attorney General and I vigorously presented our respective positions. The Court gave no indication of when or how the ruling could come or what the result will be.

“I have ordered a transcript of the hearing and as soon as it arrives we will post it on our blogs. People should be able to read the arguments in Court. Rather than characterize what was said, I will allow everyone to review the presentation for themselves.
