Barack Obama's official web site, Fight The Smears, admits he was a British Citizen at birth. At the very bottom of the section of his web site that shows an alleged official Certification Of Live Birth, the web site lists the following information and link thereto: FactCheck.org Clarifies Barack’s Citizenship

“When Barack Obama Jr. was born on Aug. 4,1961, in Honolulu, Kenya was a British colony, still part of the United Kingdom’s dwindling empire. As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.‘s children.

Since Sen. Obama has neither renounced his U.S. citizenship nor sworn an oath of allegiance to Kenya, his Kenyan citizenship automatically expired on Aug. 4,1982.”

That is a direct admission Barack Obama was a British citizen "at birth".

The left demanded McCain show his proof of citizenship and he did. McCains parents, both U.S. citizens in the military, were not in the U.S. when he was born. The left was trying to nail him.

So, why won't Oboma do the same? It's easy, and it's free! Why try to fight 12 legal battles over it?

Obama Senior was sent here by his government to learn, he had to have had some sort of special visa to enter this country.

Our nation does not recognize the children of those sent here by their government under certain conditions as US citizens, meaning that if Obama’s father was protected by consular rights Obama may not even be an American citizen at all since the father’s citizenship is normally passed on in such cases.

I find it odd that now after the election we are hearing that not only was he a British citizen he was also a Kenyan citizen, how long before he has to admit he was an Indonesian citizen as well?

Question: SCOTUS has “original juristiction” on cases between a State and citizens of another state (not appellate): The heart of the matter is the Hawaiian law which makes the original BC unaccessible, even to SOSs from other states. Why can’t a case be made by a group of non-Hawaiian citizens against the State of Hawaii, directly to SCOTUS under Art III Sect 2, that Hawaii must formally affirm “natural-born” status in lieu of making the BC available for public record? There is something to hide, and there are lawyers helping him hide it. He certainly has nothing to gain by CONTINUING to hide anything, IF he is and was a US Citizen.
Yet he continues to blow this issue off, along with just as importantly a dozen other issues, like the source of the lion’s share of the $650 million dollars.

The citizenship issue certainly does. An honesty issue, however, might loom large if, for example, his real father was Frank Marshall Davis, especially because "BHO II" claims to be the fruit of the loins of BHO.

Not quite goes away.............the Indonesian citizenship is still a problem. He needs naturalization papers showing he is at least a naturalized citizen and not an illegal alien. He gave up his citizenship on adoption in Indonesia. He still would not be eligible for the Presidency.

No parent can renounce his/her child's American citizenship. No stepparent can renounce his/her child's American citizenship. There is no provision in American law that allows it.

Reread your own post. It says Obama Sr was a british subject not Obama Jr. You are about a year late with this particular aspect involving his father. Been discussed many times. IF Obama was born on US soil he is OK. That is the question - where was Obama, Jr. born?

If that is true; that rule may hold for all the illegals running around with matriculas. Those monies are somehow laundered through the embassey that gives illegals the hands off status that the law has trouble with. How ironic that would be.
