Barack Obama's official web site, Fight The Smears, admits he was a British Citizen at birth. At the very bottom of the section of his web site that shows an alleged official Certification Of Live Birth, the web site lists the following information and link thereto: FactCheck.org Clarifies Barack’s Citizenship
“When Barack Obama Jr. was born on Aug. 4,1961, in Honolulu, Kenya was a British colony, still part of the United Kingdom’s dwindling empire. As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.‘s children.
Since Sen. Obama has neither renounced his U.S. citizenship nor sworn an oath of allegiance to Kenya, his Kenyan citizenship automatically expired on Aug. 4,1982.”
That is a direct admission Barack Obama was a British citizen "at birth".

Ann Dunham was a US Citizen. However, according to the US laws in place in 1961, she was not old enough and had not lived in the US long enough after age 14 to pass citizenship to 0. (More details exist earlier in the thread.)
If 0 was not born in the US, there is NO WAY that he could possibly be a natural-born citizen. That is the reason why the ORIGINAL BC is so important.
You miss the point entirely. He can easily prove he is a Citizen, why doesn’t he?

Oh my goodness! Yeah right, excessive vetting my butt! If there was excessive vetting then my guess is that we wouldn’t be still wondering if this guy is legal to run for the presidency and why we can’t get him to produce an original copy of his B.C. I would like to shake the stupidity off of these people who keep defending this guy. There were millions of people in this election who voted, not for Mccain, but AGAINST obama. I would like to ask him about that fact! What about us, don’t we count, what about our votes!!?? What about the fact that we would like to see our constitution upheld? And what about the people who voted for clinton, who obama stole the nomination from, don’t their votes count!?! Sheesh. Guess I’m just really frustrated. Feel like our country has been sold out.(literally)

Not really, only the Democratic Governor, has proclaimed this, of course we know for a fact a Democrat politician always tells the truth, unless of course it interferes with their agenda. Same applies to repubs, just not all of them.

Yeah, me too. That’s why I want proof. I want to get rid of this man. He is by far the WORSE the democrats have had to offer, and they have had some real humdingers in just the last 12 years.

I see. So many threads created lots of confusion for me. So Barry isn’t even an American Citizen. WOW...this is worse than I thought.
This is the popular myth, but citizens from any other Nation can assign their children's citizenship to their country of origin, just like American citizens can do abroad. Furthermore, being born here does not actually confer US citizenship when the parents are not US citizens. That is a behavior of certain US agencies that is rooted in ignorance and willful misinterpretation of the Constitution.

Actually I think he was born of base in a Civilian hospital.
Even if this was against his parents' will? The truth is, no such automatic citizenship is granted to children of noncitizens just because the birth took place on US soil. The child must swear allegiance in a formal ceremony upon reaching his 18th birthday. That is a malfunction of those who do not operate in accordance with the Constitution.
