Barack Obama's official web site, Fight The Smears, admits he was a British Citizen at birth. At the very bottom of the section of his web site that shows an alleged official Certification Of Live Birth, the web site lists the following information and link thereto: FactCheck.org Clarifies Barack’s Citizenship
“When Barack Obama Jr. was born on Aug. 4,1961, in Honolulu, Kenya was a British colony, still part of the United Kingdom’s dwindling empire. As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.‘s children.
Since Sen. Obama has neither renounced his U.S. citizenship nor sworn an oath of allegiance to Kenya, his Kenyan citizenship automatically expired on Aug. 4,1982.”
That is a direct admission Barack Obama was a British citizen "at birth".

Actually all it would take to grant him such immunity is someone in the Kenyan colonial government issuing him consular status via his visa, it is not outside of the realm of possibility that he had such.
My supposition negates yours since according to the laws of our country at the time of Obama’s birth citizenship was passed from the father to his children according to the Hague conventions this country had entered into, which by the way also recognized the rights of signatories to disallow dual citizenship as Britain, Kenya, Indonesia and The United States did until fairly recently.
That’s the general idea if your activity had been before 1972. The law was changed in 1972 but NOT made retroactive.

It is very normal in a foreign adoption..Indonesia would require the giving up of American Citizenship to finalize the adoption. He could of course recapture his citizenship at the 18th birthday by taking an oath of allegiance.. But, we do not have even that to look at.

you know that’s the problem here. Where there is smoke there is fire. He could make all of this go away but wont...why. And if he is not elligible, then that shows his opinion of the Consititution and we are in far larger trouble. He is hiding something, either his father is not who he said, or he’s got other issues but there is something off here. And being he says he wants to by my president, then he needs to answer my questions.
