Probably some stock film...and they thought no one would notice.

Kinda like an old war movie of a guy in a plane and the various fight scenes are have 15 different aircraft and not even close to the aircraft the guy is supposed to be flying. I guess they thought people were stupid and wouldn’t know the difference decades ago. Probably the same deal with the flag.

This seems to occur frequently. In Pearl Harbor, a pilot flies around the tall mountains of Long Island--or, at least, that's where the scene is set--before departing New York City from a train station that looks suspiciously like Union Station in Los Angeles. And in The Battle of the Bulge (1966), the Germans were using American tanks made after World War II.

That would be my guess.

I've seen 231,876,900,546,097 WW 2 documentaries and have often seen one piece of footage used to recreate several battles on several fronts.

Its like the Manning Brothers talking about "displaced Fan Syndrome". When I see clips on the History Channel, I lose my mind when the wrong footage in their programs featuring weapons, warfare and equipment. Its really pathetic. You need the Military Channel where they only screw things up every other scene. Its real bad on the HC.

What experience do any of you have with Olympic Arms AR-15 copy? Any ideas out there who would like to comment? How do they compare with AR or Colt? Thanks in advance people!
