I am familiar with the dual citizenship argument in #13 and believe it can be easily rationalized by a Dem controlled Congress and a USSC that will find the issue is within the discretion of that Congress.. Hope my view on this point is wrong.
The better argument would be to convincingly demonstrate O was born in Kenya, if indeed he was, to a Kenyan father and an underage mother.

(Is there a definition of "domestic enemies" as used in federal oaths, or is that just lip service?)

I have no doubt that the Democrat controlled Congress will seek some escape clause approach to enshrining this illegitimate Marxist in the office. I want a couple of elected Republicans to summon the cajones to protest this unConstitutional inveiglement. The steps must be followed ... raise the issue, make plenty of noise, send plenty of messages to demand the issue not be ignored, perhaps have a massive gathering in DC at the appropriate time, and hopefully have at least one Senator and one House Republican raise the objection to his eligibility. We have to start somewhere, and FR is an excellent point of beginnings.

And Indonesia? As well to his school break trip to Pakistan? What passport could he have used for that?
At any rate, where is the record of his travels on his U.S. Passport (which i’m sure his present one is probably new and wouldn’t have that info).
