The Constitution has always been just a piece of
paper with some ink on it. The only power it ever
had was in the hearts and minds of the men who
believed in what is written there enough to do
what it took to make people who want to live here
live by what is written there. Or, by the
Constitution’s own rules, change it.
Others will have their own opinion as to the point
in time the Constitution’s power was lost, but for
\me it was Roe v. Wade.
Abortion is so obviously murder that it really
can’t be argued. When the murder of millions of
US citizens is tolerated because of some convoluted
argument about some invisible right to privacy;
the deed was done.
This Obama birth certificate dust-up is chump-change
by comparison.
It is going to take more than just a few drops of blood to .....
Actually, the first chisel mark was with the SCOTUS ruling on contraception and privacy. Roe v Wade flowed from that inveiglement.
